Hristo Vasilev and Alexander Dobrinov with invitation to lecture about the particularities of the Bulgarian Citizenship by investment program.
During the event that was held at the Hotel Martinez in the Cannes, lawyers and immigration agents from around the world discussed the current trends in the “second citizenship” industry. The tightening of the EU’s policies on “citizenship by investment” was high on the agenda. It was widely accepted that although the Bulgarian CIP is much more advantageous than the CIP’s of Malta and Cyprus, it lacks the same marketing and publicity support.
There is a large community of Russian citizens living in the Côte d’Azur area in France, fighting with the European bureaucracy in order to legalize their stay in the EU. The Bulgarian Citizenship by Investment program is probably the best option for them in order to cut the red line and enjoy life, rather than keep on filling immigration forms.
